Eva Lewis is a key leader at Weekend Expo UK, playing a central role in shaping the organisation’s strategic growth, commercial direction, and long-term success. As Co-Founder and Executive Vice President, she works closely with senior leadership to define vision, drive expansion, and build strong partnerships across the UK and international markets. Her leadership supports the development of sustainable business models that strengthen Weekend Expo UK’s position as a year-round national exhibition platform.
In her role as Commercial Financial Executive Officer, Eva Lewis oversees commercial performance, financial planning, and revenue strategy, ensuring stability, transparency, and growth across all operations. She also leads the Business, Projects, Products and Accounts Department, where she manages key projects, product development, budgeting, and account operations. Through her strategic insight and hands-on management approach, she ensures that business initiatives are delivered efficiently, commercially viable, and aligned with the organisation’s long-term goals.

Charlotte Carter leads Legal and Law Affairs at Weekend Expo UK, providing professional consultation and advisory support across legal, regulatory, and compliance matters. In her role, she supports the organisation with contract review, legal frameworks, policy guidance, and governance advice, ensuring that business operations and events are conducted responsibly and in line with applicable laws and professional standards.
In addition to her legal responsibilities, Charlotte also serves as Department Manager for Public Relations, Communication, and Customer Care Services. She oversees stakeholder communication, public engagement, and customer service operations, ensuring clear messaging, positive relationships, and high-quality service delivery. Through her multi-disciplinary expertise and structured management approach, Charlotte contributes to organisational stability, public trust, and effective departmental coordination across Weekend Expo UK.
Alice Smith

Alice Smith leads the commercial visibility and brand growth of Weekend Expo UK as Sales & Marketing. She is responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans, marketing campaigns, and promotional initiatives that connect exhibitors, sponsors, and visitors across all weekend expos. Her role is central to expanding audience reach, strengthening brand identity, and driving commercial success throughout the UK.
Working closely with internal teams and external partners, Alice oversees exhibitor acquisition, sponsorship opportunities, digital marketing, advertising, and customer engagement strategies. She ensures that each expo is positioned effectively within its target market while delivering strong value to businesses and attendees. Through her results-driven approach and creative marketing insight, Alice plays a key role in supporting sustainable growth and long-term brand recognition for Weekend Expo UK.
